There is nothing like a new blush. I absolutely love looking at them, swatching them, wearing them… and, most importantly, owning them.
At first glance, I wasn’t too sure about the Colourpop Wild Nothing Pressed Powder Blushes. But, after wearing them all for a bit, I can honestly say that I love them, especially On the Horizon!

The brand describes the newest Pressed Powder Blushes as a way to “brighten your complexion with the perfect natural flush of colour in a soft and buildable powder blush.”
Wayfarer (soft warm peach with pinpoints of gold and silver pearl), On the Horizon (soft warm pink with pinpoints of gold and silver pearl), and Crossroads (muted terracotta with pinpoints of gold and silver pearl) are released as part of the Colourpop Wild Nothing Makeup Collection launch from July 2020.
When the Colourpop Wild Nothing Pressed Powder Blushes arrived I had concerns. My blush formula preference is matte. Sometimes satin. When I opened these three blushes it was sparkle. Sparkle everywhere. And I was worried.
I’m so pleased that the sparkle doesn’t show up as much as I anticipated, but instead just gives off an understated, pretty shimmer. Definitely wearable, even for someone pushing 40 like me.
Wear time is about 6 hours or so, maybe a little less than a matte. I tested them all with and without a mask (ugh, this is our new normal I guess) and I will say that not wearing the mask helped some. Regardless, I 100% recommend each and every one of these shades if your skin tone is fair-to-medium. I’m not sure how well they’ll play for darker skin tones.
Below the Colourpop Wild Nothing Pressed Powder Blushes are swatched below dry and on bare skin (no primers). The photo was taken outside, in natural sunlight. Top to bottom: Wayfarer, On the Horizon, and Crossroads.
You can grab the Colourpop Pressed Powder Blushes now at Colourpop.com and likely soon at ULTA Beauty. Retail price for each shade is $10.00.
On The Horizon is my favorite!
