It’s so funny to me how metal trends change over time. Everyone used to love silver. Then it was everything rose gold followed soon after by mixing metals. I must say that I still mix metals from time to time but no matter what I seem to always find myself drawn toward gold earrings.
Below I’ve gathered up a few sets that I’ve either purchased, had my eye on over the last year or so and maybe even a few I stumbled upon while looking.
shown: A New Day Fashion Filigree Earrings ($7.99) | SUGARFIX by BaubleBar Bow Earrings ($9.99) | Halogen Organic Drop Earrings ($25.00) | Gorjana Chloe Small Studs ($35.00) | Gorjana Nora Dagger Drop Earrings ($55.00) | Gorjana G Ring Hoop Earrings ($60.00) | Kendra Scott Lee Small Drop Earrings ($65.00) | Kendra Scott Presleigh Open Frame Drop Earrings ($68.00) | Kate Spade Pave Hoops ($68.00) | Aurate New York Zodiac Stud Earrings ($70.00) | Anna Beck Hammered Stud Earrings ($115.00) | Alexis Bittar Asteria Nova Crumpled Metal Frame Drop Earrings ($235.00)
It seems that throughout the years (decades, even) as the metal trends change the simple, classic gold earrings truly stand the test of time. My Valentine’s Day wishlist is strong after doing this post!

I’m allergic to other metals but never gold. I love these, so delicate!
