That title is NOT click bait, you can actually try out a jewelry subscription service for FREE. I’ve talked about Rocksbox before on my blog and now I’m partnering up with them again to make sure you know about the service they provide as well as how to get your first month for free.
what is it
Rocksbox is a jewelry subscription service. You sign up on the website (use code: BLUSHINGNOIRXOXO for your first month free!) and take a short quiz to help the Rocksbox team of stylists learn more about your likes and dislikes (for instance I don’t wear rings and rarely bracelets so I opt to leave those out of shipments). There is even an option to wishlist your favorites, so if there is a necklace you absolutely MUST try you just click to add to your list and if it’s available it’ll arrive. If it’s not available, no worries, it remains on your wishlist until you are able to snag it. Your personal stylist will hand select three items to send your way. This set is yours to wear for AS LONG AS YOU WANT.
After your first month free each additional month is $21 but you’re able to apply that towards a purchase from that month. So, say you love the $32 Kate Spade Earrings… apply that $21 credit and they’re only $11 more! If you keep all three items from your set you get an additional $10 off. Your $21 also gets you unlimited jewelry rental. If you’re not feeling the 3 pieces they sent return them asap and once they arrive back at the warehouse another set will be shipped out to you.
When you’re all done with the set you were sent simply pop it back into the envelope it arrived in (it’s reusable!) and attach the prepaid label that was included with your shipment. Shipping is FREE (and super fast) for you both ways and that is always a major plus in my book. You can cancel at ANY time.
I think Rocksbox is a great service to try out new trends and easily keep what you love. Maybe you just need a glam piece for a special day and then want to send it back. Unlimited jewelry for a month sounds pretty good to me. 😉 Check out the website and give it a chance, after all…. FREE is FREE!
the jewelry
This month I got some fabulous pieces. If you follow me on Instagram you’ve already seen a sneak peek but check out even more detail below!
Kate Spade, Signature Spade Mini Studs in Gold ($32.00)
Kendra Scott, Elisa Necklace in Gold Abalone ($60.00)
Gorjana Nora Long Lariar in Rose Gold ($58.00 – retail price $80.00)
The subtotal on my jewelry from this month is $148.00. If I were to purchase all three items I would get a $10 discount plus be able to use my $21 monthly credit meaning that I would get all three pieces for only $117. Rocksbox also offers an awesome referral program so you can get your friends to sign up and earn some free jewelry for yourself!

So how do you know what is used/returned and what is new? (or is it all used). Kate Spade for $32, when does that every happen at a department store? I’m glad you have tried this, otherwise I would think it was a scam 🙂

Hi! Rocksbox is totally real, I used them for quite awhile starting back when they were still very new (I want to say that was 2012? Maybe 2013?) and they’ve really grown to become even better (and I loved it then). I remember asking before about the jewelry being used etc and they informed me that when jewelry comes back it’s cleaned thoroughly before it’s shipped back out. It’s likely what you’d keep has been worn before unless you’re getting something that’s new to the site, but pieces that are around awhile do end up in a clearance section and you can buy it there even more discounted. I’ve found so many awesome pieces that I probably wouldn’t have looked twice at just perusing online but when I wore them I LOVED them. Over the years I haven’t heard any complaints either, which is rare in the sub box world lmao
