Next month I’m turning 40. As with every other decade, I’ve had to majorly overhaul my makeup and skincare routines quite a bit. Plus, Winter is coming… and if 2020 has any indication it’s going to be a rough one!
No7 Beauty is a TOP seller at work due to their price point but even more importantly – their performance. I’m in the process of testing out a few customer favorites. This post is the perfect opportunity to share what those products are with you!

Protect & Perfect Advanced All-in-One Foundation ($15.99). This foundation is perfect for those that need help concealing blemishes and blurring fine lines.
Lift & Luminate Triple Action Serum Concealer ($13.99). This concealer blurs out the signs of aging while still helping you hide dark circles. Hibiscus and Vitamins A and C also help reduce the appearance of pigmentation.
The Full 360 Mascara ($9.99). This type of curved brush isn’t generally what I go for, but it sold so well at work I just had to try it! That brush gets EVERY lash and I swear it made my eyes even wider and almost fluffy-looking.
Perfect Light Loose Powder – Translucent ($12.99). Since it tends to mattify more, the loose powder is great when you have oily, normal or combo skin! Check out the pressed version if you have dry skin or tend to get a bit more dry in the winter.
Match Made Bronzer ($12.99). This formula is perfection on me. I really just don’t know what else to say. It’s matte, the tone is perfect. IDK why this one doesn’t get more hype!
Lash Impact Serum ($9.99). You know those products stores can’t keep in stock? This is one of them. The most affordable lash serum of ever that actually works. If you apply consistently as directed, you’ll notice a change in your lashes, especially while wearing mascara. I’m going to buy a second bottle to test on my brows because I definitely could use a little more help there!
Advanced Retinol 1.5% Complex Night Concentrate ($36.99). This is another one that is extremely hard to keep on the shelves because it just works and it works well. I’m talking people buy 2-3 at a time. Most noteably this product has 5x more retinol than the #1 retinol serum but features a slow-release delivery system to give you powerful results and minimize irritation. It’s basically an anti-aging powerhouse.
Lift & Luminate Triple Action Eye Cream ($22.99). This cream focuses on addressing the top 3 things that I want to fix about my undereye area – dark circles, bags/puffiness, and fine lines. The formula is thin enough to pat on for day time but strong enough to pack a good punch for night-time as well.
Dark Circle Corrector ($26.99). Speaking of dark circles, this corrector instantly gives off a brighter appearance under the eyes, minimizing the darkness. This is great to layer with the Lift & Luminate Triple Action Eye Cream and the Lift & Luminate Triple Action Serum Concealer (both mentioned above).
CICA-Rescue Skin Paste ($22.99). This is an overnight treatment to help with redness and overall skin tone/brightness. It’s got that cult-fave “tiger grass” in it that I hear about constantly. I haven’t tried this one out yet, but I have such a redness to my cheeks lately that I’m inclined to give this a go since the reviews are stellar, it’s included with this sale and it’s quite a bit less expensive than others on the market!
