installation & use
Installation is incredibly fast and easy. I supervised, obviously, but after watching my husband set it up I was annoyed I even waited. I could have totally done this on my own! The mount is fixed but the PowerComb is able to be moved to handheld for easier use and greater range of motion.

To use the Waterpik Hair Wand you begin by holding the PowerComb 2 inches away from your hair and move in downward motions. That’s it.
The PowerComb mode is great for relieving muscle tension in the neck, shoulders, calves and lower back while the SoftComb mode is great for relieving tension from head-to-toe. Use the GentleRinse mode for sensitive areas like the face. This is also a great mode to use while you’re shampooing, cleansing or shaving to save water.
For the fixed mount shower head there are several different modes to use based on your preference. PowerSpray gives a concentrated stream, Soft Mist is more relaxing and spa-like, PowerPulse Massage will relieve upper body tension.

At first I was skeptical that the Waterpik Hair Wand could do what it was saying and so quickly. From the first use I ate my words, because this product is amazing.
For testing purposes we suds up my daughters super-thick hair extra well and were completely amazed at how easily and quickly everything came out, even the conditioner. She also tends to get a lot of knots and tangles after showering but after using the Waterpik Hair Wand there were no issues. I’m completely blown away!
