Earlier this month (in this post) I flipped out about how wonderful the Clinique Skinny Sticks ($16.50 // Nordstrom) are. These skinny pencils are perfect for a precise, fine line on your upper lashes. But, even better, they waterline like a dream and don’t budge. I have extremely watery eyes (due to allergies and contacts) and by the end of a long day I just had minor fading.
