What’s your beauty budget? Doesn’t matter. There’s a bronzer that fits it. The warmness is upon us here in the Northern states and it’s time to get serious about the bronzing while staying serious about that beauty budget. With so many products releasing constantly it’s hard to stay on top of it all as well as stay frugal.
Big or small, you’ll find the best bronzers for your budget right here. I picked up a bunch of drugstore ones the other day to put them all to the test and I think I’ve found some new favorites to go with my old ones this year. Why did I only go to the drugstore? Because I’d already grabbed a few high-end ones 😉 This way there’s a nice, rounded list for the Top 10!
Wet n Wild Reserve Your Cabana Color Icon Collection Bronzer ($3.99 // Walgreens). Can you believe something so good is only $3.99?! Currently at Walgreens it’s buy one get one half off, so if you buy two you’re getting an even BETTER deal. Reserve Your Cabana is the shade that works best for me but there are two other shades available.
NYX Cosmetics Matte Bronzer ($8.99 // ULTA Beauty). With five shades to choose from it’s easy to find one that will work for you and prove that your bronzing game is serious. This bronzer is matte but doesn’t settle so that it looks caked on. Find the right shade for you and it’ll be a perfect match.
CoverGirl Bronze TruBlend Bronzer ($9.99 // ULTA Beauty). This bronzer is the perfect, everyday bronze shade and is oil-free (oily girls rejoice!). The formula is easy to blend out and looks natural.
Physicians Formula Bronze Booster Glow-Boosting Airbrushing Veil ($15.99 // ULTA Beauty). Besides the fact that the design is gorgeous (it’s like a fiery sunburst) you can choose between a light/medium shade and a medium/dark shade for a natural bronzed tone that lasts. Even though I’m on the paler side I usually opt for the medium/dark.
Urban Decay Sun-Kissed Beached Bronzer* ($28.00 // Sephora). The entire Urban Decay Summer collection is something I just want to bathe in all day every day, but for now we’ll talk about the bronzers. Two are released and Sun-Kissed is my fave. They’re both fab but Sun-Kissed just works the best for my coloring. Bronzed is your other option and it’s the deeper, less rosy of the two.
Benefit Dallas ($29.00 // Sephora). It’s no secret that Benefit Dallas is my most often reached for bronzing powder for the last few years. This rosy bronze shade gives off that “recently went tanning” look to my face without actually putting myself out there in the harsh sun. For a limited time this bronzer is also available with 4 other shades in the Benefit Cheekathon Blush & Bronzer Palette ($58.00 // Sephora) – basically all of my fave Benefit cheek shades in one place.
IT Cosmetics CC+™ Radiance Ombre Bronzer* ($34.00 // ULTA Beauty). This was one of my go-to’s last year for a fantastic, luminous glow! This year IT Cosmetics Sunshine in a Compact is coming out…a matte option… but more on that SOON 😉
PÜR Cosmetics Glow Together ($34.00 // ULTA Beauty). A beautiful golden shade that’s as natural to the sun as you’re going to get. The best part? A portion of the proceeds are donated to Action Against Hunger. Give Back. Glow Forward.
NARS Casino Bronzing Powder* ($39.00 // Sephora). Is there a NARS fan alive that doesn’t own Casino or Laguna? One or both usually lives in every palette or collection released. Why? Because they’re cult favorites meaning they’re awesome to
Hourglass Radiant Bronze Light Ambient® Bronzer ($50.00 // Sephora). If you have a nice sized budget and love a soft, easy-to-wear glow then you’ll want to pick up one of the Hourglass Ambient® Bronzers. My personal pick is Radiant Bronze Light but if you prefer a more a medium tan shade you also have Luminous Bronze Light as an option.
