It’s not any sort of secret that Murad is one of my favorite skincare lines. Their Clarifying Cleanser is one of my must-have skin care products for keeping my hormonal, cystic acne at bay. Over the last month I’ve added two new products from the Murad line into my skincare routine – the Invisiblur™ Perfecting Shield Broad Spectrum SPF 30 and the Rapid Collagen Infusion For Lips.
Invisiblur™ Perfecting Shield Broad Spectrum SPF 30 ($65.00 // Sephora). This product is touted as being “an innovative multifunctional formula that provides an antiaging treatment, primer, and SPF 30 sun protection in every pump.” Personally, I’m down to give it a go because I need all of those things.
I’ve been loving how this makes my pores look nearly non-existant when I apply it under my foundation. My face makeup also applied easier, smoother and lasted noticeably longer. There aren’t many makeup primers out there that I’ll tell you are worth it, but this is one that I would recommend purchasing – particularly if you like yours to contain so many necessary things in one.
Rapid Collagen Infusion For Lips ($24.00 // Sephora). This product is touted as being “An innovative lip serum formula that supports natural collagen and microcirculation for a fuller, more youthful appearance. ” This serum is clear and is to be smoothed all over the lips and surrounding the lips. It’s also safe to wear under your usual lipsticks, glosses and the etc.
I love that this serum is lightweight and has a nice slip to it but doesn’t feel goopy or greasy. Anyone that knows me knows that I’m more terrified of getting lip lines than I am of getting wrinkles around my eyes so products like this will always be a must in my life. You just need a little bit to cover the entire lip area so the tube should last awhile.
Murad products are available at Sephora, ULTA Beauty and murad.com.

Both products sound so good. Though Murad is really expensive here in our country.

I was a little shocked when I saw the price but I figure it’ll last and it’s rare I find something that works, doesn’t make me break out and that the feel of it doesn’t make my skin crawl LMAO I’m the worst =D

I’ve never tried products from Murad, but I love the sound of the primer. It was just yesterday that I was thinking to myself, “Why don’t more primers contain SPF?” Love that this one has some!
