I thought I had my hoods figured out but I’ve learned so much from this book that I feel like I was just a beginner before I read it. Courtney words the steps in ways that are easy to understand but still very informative.
The book starts off talking about lashes, mascara and sharing diagrams of the hooded eye. Courtney then gives expert tips to the application process making shadow application (whether pressed or loose) a snap.
Next you’ll learn about the best tools as well as Courtney’s favorite eyeshadow palettes.
There are several different looks to get throughout, all of which include a section at the end to “shop your stash” – so no worries if Courtney is using a palette you don’t own. She makes it simple to find the exact products you’ll need.
Courtney also includes tips at the end of every tutorial to help you out even further. (PSA – at the end you get some SERIOUS beauty coupon codes!)
