what is boxycharm
Boxycharm is a monthly beauty subscription box filled with 5-6 luxury items, 4 of which will always be full-sized. The monthly cost of Boxycharm is $21 but if you subscribe for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months you’ll receive a slight discount on the monthly boxes (up to $19.25). Renewals are automatic but you can cancel at any time.
Each Boxycharm box has a minimum value of $100 and you’ll receive anything from makeup to skincare to beauty tools. With some products shades can vary though with other products all boxes will have them included.
To find out how to best use the products received in the monthly box you can check out tutorials and looks shared by the “Charmer” community on social media.

Ace Beaute Grandiose Palette ($24.99). An eyeshadow palette of 4 bold mattes and 4 shimmer shades this palette is mostly warm-toned and will be perfect for neutral or fun holiday looks.
I found this palette to be pigmented, blendable and all-around wonderful to work with.

CoverFX Glitter Drops ($44.00). I received the shade “Nova”, I’m unsure if shades will vary within boxes.
CoverFX Glitter Drops are perfect to add a little pizazz to give a high-impact, reflective finish when worn alone or with makeup. You can mix them into your foundation or moisturizer for a luxe, glitter effect on your face and body.
Wearing glitter like this isn’t my thing but I found the formula to be smooth, not gritty at all and highly reflective.

Bodyography Makeup Brush Cleaner ($12.00). An easy way to cleanse and disinfect your brushes! Perfect in a pinch I’ve found that while this doesn’t remove all shadow pigment it gets the job done enough while allowing your brushes to dry quickly.

final thoughts
Was the box worth the money? YES!
The Luxie Beauty Makeup Brushes are fantastic and I’d have purchased them anyway. Their retail value alone is what you’d pay for this ENTIRE BOX. The only item in this box that I won’t use is the CoverFX Glitter Drops BUT if you’re into those then that is a HUGE win (my daughter is obsessed!). You can still buy this box here (HURRY, supplies are limited).
All of the products listed above are FULL SIZE (except where noted).
For reference – my box is VERSION 1. I put box and the contents on my shipping scale and it says 12.6 oz. For reference my tracking info says 0.8 lb (or 12.8 oz).
The retail value of the entire November 2018 Boxycharm? $113.99! This less than the retail value of last month’s box but because I’ll use every item but one I still deem it very much worth the $21 investment.
