Could a beauty subscription box get any better than the May Boxycharm shipment? I don’t know, but the June 2018 Boxycharm is looking pretty sweet to me!

what is boxycharm

Boxycharm is a monthly beauty subscription box filled with 5-6 luxury items, 4 of which will always be full-sized. The monthly cost of Boxycharm is $21 but if you subscribe for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months you’ll receive a slight discount on the monthly boxes (up to $19.25). Renewals are automatic but you can cancel at any time.

Each Boxycharm box has a minimum value of $100 and you’ll receive anything from makeup to skincare to beauty tools. With some products shades can vary though with other products all boxes will have them included.

Alamar Reina Del Caribe ($28.00). This eyeshadow palette contains 8 “highly opaque shades that are reminiscent of the beauty and culture of Cuba”. There is a mix of intense metallics and creamy mattes.

If there is a sun by the shade use it with a dry brush but if there is a water droplet by the shade then you can use it wet for more intensity. Kathleen’s Fave.

Battington Monroe Silk Lashes ($28.00). These lashes are 3-D multi-layered & 100% silk! Use them to enhance your eye look with moderate lash length and volume. It’s said that you can use them up to 25 times with proper care. Jasmine’s Fave.

Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream ($10.00). This cream is rich in Guarana with a formula that gives a Brazilian glow, helping your body to look it’s smoothest and tightest.

I’ve been hearing about this cream for over a year now – everyone is singing it’s praises! I myself love the hand cream so I’m excited to give it a try! Joelle’s Fave.

Luxie 3 Piece Flawless Complexion ($42.00). A set of 3 face brushes – Precision Foundation Face Brush 660, Tapered Highlighting Face Brush 522 and Duo Fiber Powder Brush 516.

Luxie brushes are listed as being handcrafted makeup brushes with high quality, soft synthetic bristles using hypoallergenic, vegan and cruelty-free materials. Briana’s Fave.

Jonteblu Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil ($5.00). An affordable, 100% vegan, waterproof eye pencil. I received the shade 912 Charcoal and love how smooth and easy it glides on. Joelle’s Fave.

OFRA Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick ($21.00). A one-step, full lip color that doesn’t feather. I personally love the OFRA formula and this color looks stunning when worn with a mauve-toned lip pencil! I received the shade Verona. Reyna’s Fave.

final thoughts

The box is obviously WELL worth the money. I’m obsessed with that eyeshadow palette (which I was not expecting), those lashes are gorgeous and the OFRA Liquid Lipstick looks gorgeous on.

I really can’t complain about ANY of the products in this month’s box, though I’d have liked to have gotten eyeshadow brushes instead of face brushes since there weren’t any products included to use the face brushes on and an eye liner that matched up a little better with the palette. But overall, no complaints (since I can use the product separately).

The retail value of the entire June 2018 Boxycharm? $134.00! Less than last month’s box but still definitely worth the $21 investment.
