As the Sephora VIB Sale comes about I got to thinking… what are some of my favorites? Lately it’s been all about eyeshadows for me, so I thought to share this sale and the info with you I could also tell you about the must-have eyeshadow palette buys of the Sephora VIB Sale!!!
I listed them alphabetically because I really wasn’t about to try and put them in order of most favorite. Some are new loves and some are older… all are fantastic!
Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Eyeshadow Palette ($42.00). SHAME ON YOU if you thought this palette was boring. It is anything but! I have a post in the works but have shared a few looks on Instagram (here, here & here – I even had it on here though my eyes aren’t closed lol) as well as a tutorial on my Instagram stories (it’s saved to highlights if you want to check it out!).
Becca Ombre Rouge Eyeshadow Palette ($40.00). I’ve loved this palette since the moment I put it on my eyeballs. The shades are wonderfully pigmented and blend like a dream. The shadows are versatile in that they can be used wet or dry as shadows, liner or on the brows. See the full review here.
Natasha Denona Star Eyeshadow Palette ($169.00). This is the priciest of the bunch but if you’re going to splurge on a palette the sale is the best time to do it! I’m a big fan of Natasha Denona’s eyeshadows and think that this palette is an excellent starting point for your collection. It’s got a little of everything to play around with and is completely on trend. This post is coming soon! PS – it $169 is still too hard to swallow I still suggest the 5-pan palettes! My favorites are 04 (review here) and 09 (review here). If you want something in between the Star Palette and the 5-pans DEFIITELY check out the Lila Palette (review here). I almost included it here also but thought because this is such a pricey brand, value wise, the Star Palette was a better option because it offered more options for looks on both warm and cool skin tones.
Tarte Tartelette in Bloom Clay Eyeshadow Palette ($46.00). I talk about this one constantly so this palette appearing in this post should be no surprise. Of all of the Tarte palettes in all of the land (and we all know for the most part they’re all amazing) this one is THE BEST. See the full review here.
Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette ($49.00). You know… going through my blog I just realized I NEVER reviewed this?! I remember when I bought it I loved it but it has sat dormant for awhile. A week ago I was digging through my stash and saw it so I used it…. and kept using it. Because it’s amazing. The shades are beautiful and IME perform very well. One of the best Too Faced has EVER released!
Urban Decay Backtalk Eye & Face Palette ($46.00). This palette has gotten a lot of hate but it’s one of my favorite palettes and since it’s release I’ve used it the most of every other palette listed here. The full review is here. I also have a tutorial on my Instagram highlights as well as looks here & here.
Urban Decay Naked Heat Eyeshadow Palette ($54.00). Warm sultry shades are my jam, especially when they perform well. Naked Heat is my go-to for Summer and Fall eye looks and was the ONLY palette I took on my Summer vacation last year! See the full review here.
