Over-the-top neons make me soooo excited for Summer! I’m personally no where near seasonally ready to be this bold but it gets me motivated to think of the things I want to do when it gets warmer. New Kids on the Block concert (yassss Paula Abdul and Boyz II Men are you kidding me?!), vacations, new clothes… It’s coming, and the MAC Work It Out Collection has me amped.
The MAC Work It Out Collection is a “a collection where high-performance colour meets the art of fitness”. It’s a large sized collection, a big portion of which focuses on the eyes – particularly the lashes with 16 different shades of In Extreme Dimension Lash Mascara.
For this post I have five products to share with you – four of the Chromagraphic Pencils and one of the Crystal Glaze Gloss.

Chromagraphic Pencils ($17.00). Six shades are available and I have four of them here in Process Magenta (matte magenta), Genuine Orange (bright orange), Landscape Green (lush, bright green) and Marine Ultra (bright naval blue).
The Chromagraphic Pencils are great for lining the eyes, lips or outlining designs. Application is easy, creamy and pigmented. They’re touted as being long-wearing, water-resistant, safe for contact lens wearers as well as ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested.
In my experience the claims mentioned above are true and the pencils wore well, even in the waterline of the eye where I like to wear my eye liner. There was very little fading by days end (though it wasn’t perfect) and no migration.
While the Chromagraphic Pencils themselves are not limited edition the outer-box packaging for this collection is.

Crystal Glaze Gloss ($22.00). Six shades are available and I have one here in Sixxx Pack (bubble gum pink).
This gloss is housed in a jar and is mostly sheer, very moisturizing and it doesn’t feel sticky on the lips. I don’t find that it lasts particularly long, but it’s a light-feeling gloss so I wasn’t expecting it to. I love to layer these on top of matte lipsticks to revitalize them and make my lips feel less like a desert.

In addition to the Chromagraphic Pencils, Crystal Glaze Gloss and In Extreme Dimension Lash Mascaras you’ll also be able to purchase 4 Lipstick shades and 3 Studio Quiktrik Sticks.
