Maybe you had those heels on for too long on Valentine’s Day. Maybe you work non-stop running up and down hallways or pounding the pavement. Maybeeee you just have dry feet. But, real talk, you don’t need a reason to pamper yourself or your feet. Get ready to stay warm and cozy in your home, because pampering doesn’t have to always be done at a salon or become a major expense. You can learn to love your feet right from your own home!
Here are the essential items you need in your beauty arsenal to prepare for and achieve loving your feet (in order of use):
Bath Bombs. For bubbles! Or really anything you like during your tub time to relax and feel luxurious.
Amopé™ Pedi Perfect Wet & Dry Rechargeable Foot File. First of all Amopé™ stands for “love your feet” in Portuguese. I’m not okay with looking at other peoples feet and I really need to learn to Amopé™! You can help me with that by using the Amopé™ Pedi Perfect Wet & Dry Rechargeable Foot File and descaling those things. My favorite part about this is that you can use it IN the shower or tub. Dead skin comes off for me a lot easier when my skin is damp and since this device is waterproof I can bring it in with me and get this out of the way before I even step out of the tub. The file has two speeds but when using it wet it’s recommended to use the “intensive” setting.
Moisturizers. Argan Oil is not just for hair! After you dry off slather this on your feet and then top off with a thick cream. I focus the cream on the sides of the feet and the heels where mine tend to be the driest.
Socks. Cotton are perfect but they also make pedicure socks you can choose. I love to get those fluffy ones from the bath and body store that are shea-infused and have adorable little animals on them. You have them too, I know it 😉
Tools. After you’ve kicked back in your lamb socks and binge-watched Gilmore Girls (yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas) get at the toe nails by clipping, pushing cuticles, filing to shape… whatever your needs are in that area. Your feet are smooth so your toenails need to be in tip-top shape to match!
Nail Polish. What’s your fave? Do that. I personally like red, berry or dark colors in the Winter.
The initial purchase of the items is obviously the investment, but when you do it this way you can pamper your feet year round for no extra money.
What products do you like to use to give your feet a spa sesh at home?

I love electronic foot files. They are so convenient and more efficient than those regular manual files.
