When it’s the “most wonderful time of the year” it’s important to glow like you mean it. After all, don’t you want to be the glowiest of them all? Urban Decay Lit Naked Illuminated Shimmering Powder for Face and Body ($30.00 // ULTA Beauty) brings you to peak level of I-just-got-out-of the-shower-glitening-level-of-naked.
The product itself isn’t new (Aura and Luminous are part of the regular line) but the shade Lit is and it’s described as a “universal soft bronze shimmer with golden bronze sparkle”. The microfine shimmer uses light-reflecting particles to give off a luminous and radiant look to your face and body.
While Lit is a bit bronze in coloring it doesn’t look like a bronzer or appear heavily pigmented on the skin. It’s just enough of a colorful illumination to show that something is there. I found that this lasted on me all day and while it’s more glittery that what I’d want for my normal makeup routine it’s absolutely perfect for something extra during the evening or at a party.
The box houses a generous amount of product (6g) along with a full sized mirror and a brush (hiding underneath the powder). It’s swatched below dry without primer. The left side is unblended, the right side is blended out.
