February 2015 Rainbow Honey Mystery Bag Swatches + Review

March 1, 2015

The February 2015 Rainbow Honey Mystery Bag marks my third month with this subscription service and the nail polishes keep getting more gorgeous! If these unique shades don’t get you subscribing, I don’t know what will!

Rainbow Honey February 2015 Mystery Bag Review

What is a Rainbow Honey Mystery Bag? You can buy your Mini Mystery Bag every month for $10 (plus $2.95 shipping) or a Large Mystery Bag for $25 (Free Shipping). This is also available as a monthly subscription which you can pause or cancel at any time. At this time there is no referral credit system in place.

Rainbow Honey Nail Polish

This month the Mystery Bag included:

Glow Cloud Nail Polish. This polish has a sheer base and extremely fine holo glitters. Gorgeous to amp up a negative space mani (like I did here) or to put over a “drab” cream polish. Two coats show below.

Tsukimi Nail Polish. This polish has a semi-sheer purple jelly base with different sized glitters in blues, purple and pinks. There is also a few square and triangle glitters strewn throughout to really make this shade unique. Two coats show below.

Crimson Nebula Nail Polish. This is a bright red jelly with super fine holo glitter. Unbelievably stunning and my fave out of all three! Two coats show below.

Also included in this Mystery Bag is a trio of cotton candy scented products – Carnival Candy Perfume Oil Rollerball, Carnival Candy Scented Cuticle Balm and the Carnival Candy Foot Massage Lotion. These scented items included in the mystery bags are hit or miss for me. The first month featured a Muscovite scent which I wasn’t too crazy about but the second month was all Lemon Sorbet which I loved to pieces. The Carnival Candy scent is a little too sickeningly sweet. Definitely okay for once in awhile but too sugary for me to load up on daily. The formula on their skin care products always feels luxurious so I’ll definitely get my use out of these, but I’m glad I don’t have big full sizes.

Do you need this? If you love getting new nail polishes and products every month then YES. I believe you really only need to sub for the Mini Mystery Bag because the products sent are generously sized – plus if you’re like me you really don’t need more full size bottles of polish… not enough time in life to get through them all!

What do you think of the February Rainbow Honey Mystery Bag? I’ll definitely be getting March’s shipment – will you?

I don’t need another sub box, but I admit, this one is intriguing! I like some of the polishes, but I know I wouldn’t like the Cotton Candy scent.

I’ve been getting this mystery bag for almost a year now & have never been disappointed. The red is also my favorite this month but the others are fun too. Thanks for the swatches!

hey where can you sign up for this? Your link goes to a page asking for a password and if you try to cut it back to just the main page it goes back to that password page….

I love the colors and would love to do this but have no,sense so smell so maybe they could do something sorta like what nail art did and throw in some decals or something from time to time.

When I click it’s telling me they’ll be back next weekend. I think this company is still on the smaller/indie side of things so they’re probably updating and getting ready for the new bags. Reach out to them on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/rainbow.honey.cosmetics) or be sure to check back in a few days!
