Are you ready for back-to-school? Kids and moms open up your eyeballs and pay attention. You and your kids still need sun protection beauty products when at school (or work). Just because the school year is primarily the Fall and Winter months doesn’t mean that the sun isn’t eating away at your face. You need SPF beauty products to aid your sunscreen, especially ones that are easy to apply on-the-go like the Colorescience Sunforgettable Mineral Sunscreen Brush.
The Colorescience Sunforgettable Mineral Sunscreen Brush is extremely portable and completely mess free. You can do this on the bus. Heck, even do it while driving (common sense, please.. at stop lights or signs only). No greasy, groady, messy business on your hands or face. This powder dusts on easily and applies quickly in either the SPF30 (shown) or SPF50 Broad Spectrum UVA/UVB sun protection. It’s also available in six different shades (Medium shown) in matte or shimmer forms.
When you open the brush all you need to do is swirl it over your face to release the powder for an 80 minute water-resistant SPF coverage that is safe for all ages (yes, your kids can do this!). Re-application is a breeze and you don’t have to worry about this rubbing off on clothing. It’s odor free and will not irritate your eyes if you start to sweat glisten.
Below I’ve applied the powder heavily to the back of my hand to show you how nice it looks. Coverage is buildable and below you can see that the matte finish is fantastic.
When you’re done using just simply retract the brush, put the cap on and pop it back in your makeup bag. I like knowing that it’s secure and won’t be poofing powder all through my purse or travel bag.
Where would you use the Colorescience Sunforgettable Mineral Sunscreen Brush?
The Colorescience Sunforgettable Mineral Sunscreen Brush SPF30 retails for $52.00 but right now you can Buy 3 get 1 FREE on the website and also qualify for FREE SHIPPING!

I support sunscreen for kids. But you know one thing that’s kind of weird in some schools? they don’t allow sunscreens on field trips because they’re medicated so these teachers would rather ban sunscreens than have their students protected from the harmful UV rays

You know, I love the convenience of this and it’s true – I often forget about protection from the sun once “summer” is over, but really, sun protection should be important year round

This looks so intriguing! I normally wear liquid but this would be great for a little extra coverage.

I’m a little worried by brush-on sunscreen too — I’m so fair and burn so easily that I’d be worried I would still burn! Interesting concept though.

This is such a cool concept! Not sure if I would try it out though – as a redhead who burns in less than 15 minutes, I definitely need to make sure I have good coverage.

I agree with Phyrra. I’m kinda paranoid about it now. As my skin is getting older, I’ve started taking extra precautions.

I just don’t trust brush on sunscreen. I worry about getting adequate UVA UVB protection
