Today I’m showing three products within this post to create a daytime eye look – the Naturally Pretty Matte Luxe Transforming Eyeshadow Palette Vol. 1 Matte, Silk Taupe Liner Love Waterproof Anti-Aging Creme Gel Eyeliner and the Tightliner 10-in-1 Dual-Ended Brush.

The Silk Taupe Liner Love Waterproof Anti-Aging Creme Gel Eyeliner and the Tightliner 10-in-1 Dual-Ended Brush. The Liner Love ($24.00) is amazing. Rich, saturated pigment, super smooth and it lasts all day long. It’s also waterproof and it’s anti-aging (I need all the help I can get). Six shades are available but I only picked up Silk Taupe…. however when I go back the rest are going to happen in my life.

The Tightliner 10-in-1 Dual-Ended Brush ($24.00) is really cool in that it’s got this forked look to it yet it’s firm making it perfect for wiggling between your lashes and tightlining. Flip it around to finish off the look or just use that end to make a regular line, cat eye… the possibilities – they are many. IT Cosmetics included a little fold out sheet for tips and tricks. I love this and it’s seriously ALWAYS dirty because I use it so much, so I definitely need to invest in one or two or three or ten more.

The Naturally Pretty Palette ($42.00) has a soft, dusty rose faux suede covering with gold lettering. When you open it up you’ll see that you get a long, rectangular mirror and 14 silk-infused anti-aging eyeshadows that are all matte. Oh, you’re not all matte all the time? That’s okay, because the transforming pearl shade turns every single one of those matte shades into a lighter, more luminous version of itself. In essence, you’re getting 28 eyeshadows + a transforming pearl eyeshadow so that = 29 eye shadows. The value is clear.

Whether used matte or with the transforming pearl on top I found that I was happy with every single one of these shades. They’re easy to apply and blend and the wear time is all day over-top of a primer. There wasn’t a dud shadow in this bunch which was pretty impressive to me because there is usually at least one that is dry or gives fall out. I’ve even used the Mocha shade in my eye brows when I was too lazy to dig out a pencil. The shadows included are a great mix of cool and warm tones – neutral yet vibrant.

For the EOTD below I used Warmth on the lid, Sunset on the crease and Sunrise lightly above the crease color. Sheer Joy was used as a highlight shade. To finish I dusted some of the transforming powder at the inner corners of the eyes as well as above the crease up to the brow. To finish off the look I used the Tightliner 10-in-1 Dual-Ended Brush to add a thick line of Silk Taupe Liner Love Waterproof Anti-Aging Creme Gel Eyeliner to the top and bottom lash line. The mascara is IT Cosmetics Hello Lashes.
