Those who live and die for the Multiple are in for a treat. The new NARS Matte Multiple has hit the web early and I’m excited to share two of the seven new shades with you! Feast your eyes on Exumas and Cappadoce!

Exumas is described as a pink apricot but is most definitely more towards the apricot end of that characterization. Cappadoce is described as a golden bronze and that description is right on the money.
Formula wise they are creamy and just as easy to apply and blend as the original Multiple. They are long-lasting and luminous – perfect for day or night.
The Matte Multiples can be used wet or dry. Below are Exumas and Cappadoce swatched dry and blended out:

As you can see, in the pic where they’re swatched wet the finish is a little more sheer and dewy. When used dry and blended out you’ll get more of a vibrant pigment. Both of these ways are buildable to the amount of color that you desire.
In the pic below I’m wearing Cappadoce to lightly contour the cheeks and Exumas on the apples of the cheeks and blended up. I also have Exumas on my lips. I did use these shades dry and only applied them once lightly before blending. I generally don’t like a lot of color on my cheeks and I was feeling timid with this new formula. It’s likely next time I’ll go a bit deeper on application.

Ohhhh! I have to get my hands on a couple of these, I would love to try contouring and highlighting with them. How many different colors do they have?

Those look really great with your skin tone! For me though there isn’t really a winner in the bunch. I’ll have to swatch just to make sure though!

Definitely swatch both wet and dry, there’s a noticeable difference and you might like one way better than the other!

I was hoping to be able to use one of the bronzers as a contour, but I think I need a more neutral shade, they both seem to lean very warm! Looks perfect on you, though!

Thank you! I’m so glad you like them! I just played with a few more at Sephora today (they only had 4 on display as of now, though) and I almost bought the super bright Siam. I put it back and now that I’m home I regret not grabbing it! It blended out SO beautifully!

I like to buff it out using brushes from IT Cosmetics (Heavenly Luxe™ Flat Top Buffing Foundation Brush) or Sigma (F80). They make it super easy!

Exumas is gorgeous. I love peachy-pink shades like that. I think it would look great even darker on your lips, but I do love the look you created.
