Wet Paint Nails has a wonderful line of base colors in addition to a line of Color Top Coats – Amazing Glazes and special effects (spfx). The glazes are a 50% transparency that layer over bases to intensify and shift polish shades.

Above, Onyx and Luxe are topped with Fructose. Below Inspire is topped with Willfull (best orange cream EVER), Lust over Always Buy Platinum (drooling) and Wicked over Fructose.
