Matte Brown Liner is a smooth milk chocolate shade with zero shimmer. It applies matte and does what it needs to, but it’s a little rough and skips some on the lid. I had a hard time keeping it even. The shade is lovely and it does last all day. Also, for the price, I’d say it works much better than some other high-end liners with the same look and claims.
