Quite honestly I feel like crap. I cheated on Thursday. I’ve been so good even through that difficult first couple of days of this program and Thursday all bets were off. I was good until dinner when we all went to Olive Garden. They have a light menu, I looked ahead, I was prepared. I failed.
Afterward, I was seriously so disgusted and depressed. I felt awful that I cheated and my body just felt like crap. The next day I was back to feeling bloated. Was it worth it? NO.
What I’m going to take away from that experience is that I will remember how I felt before (nervous), during (guilty) and after (bloated and sad). I’m not going to sit here and say I’ll never crack again, but I know for a fact it won’t be that severe.
The next day I went back on the wagon and am happy to report I lost 1.5 pounds for a total 2 week loss of 8.5 pounds. I’ll take it. As long as it’s a loss you won’t hear me complain, ever!
Things I need to do for next week: remember to add in all of my veggies and drink all of my water, which I also slacked on this week. Back on the wagon, folks!
