Recently you saw the ladies of Makeup Wars go head to head with our favorite complexion helpers. It was almost unanimous that Clinique Moisture Surge CC Cream Hydrating Colour Corrector Broad Spectrum SPF 30 is at the top of everyones list. Currently it comes available in a wide variety of shades, from Very Light to Deep. My shade, which is also the shade swatched in this post, is Light Medium.
What Sephora says about Clinique Moisture Surge CC Cream Hydrating Colour Corrector Broad Spectrum SPF 30:
What it is:
An oil-free, color-correcting, perfecting formula to create a natural glow while hydrating and protecting the skin. What it is formulated to do:
This must-have color-correcting formula smooths the complexion and creates an ultranatural radiance. It instantly corrects a range of complexion concerns including dullness, sallowness, and redness. Perfect for wearing alone or under foundation and recommended for all skin types, the lightweight, oil-free cream moisturizes and protects with sunscreen, leaving the skin soft, fresh, and flawless.
This CC Cream is perfection. It has a decent amount of coverage so you don’t feel like you also need a BB Cream on top or a foundation. It feels light on the skin and also offers SPF 30, which is fabulous, especially for these brutal Summer days!
The only thing you need to be careful of is that this absorbs very quickly and, for lack of another way to describe it, turns to a powder. You need to blend onto the skin fast. I like to get a little and do my forehead first and then the rest of my face.
Have you tried out any CC Creams yet? Which are your faves?
