Pixi Beauty has so many new things out lately! Two of the stand-out products that you can purchase now are the Eye Glow Cube and Daylight Glow Collection.
Daylight Glow Collection ($28.00):
New seasons bring new fresh colours & textures. Gold & pink are among the most flattering and universally loved colours – here we have combined the two in our signature glow textures. Kit contains: Tinted Brilliance Balm in Lucent Glow, Mini Shade Quartette in Shades of Daylight, limited edition Nail Colour in Mother of Pearl & a Pixi pink makeup bag.
The Daylight Glow Collection comes with a Mini Shade Quartette in Shades of Daylight, Nail Color in Mother of Pearl and a Tinted Brilliance Balm in Lucent Glow, all packaged up in an adorable quilted pink makeup bag.
The Nail Color gives the nails a nice glow on it’s own and looks awesome when layered over colors. Below is one coat over a bare nail:
The Tinted Brilliance Balm makes lips appear soft. Lucent Glow is clear with very slight glitter throughout.
The Mini Shade Quartette is perfect for a quick neutral eye, though the four colors are hard to get your brush into and not mix, though they are easy to use and blend.
For the eye look above I used Shades of Daylight along with MAC Graphic Brown Fluidline and Neutrogena Healthy Volume Mascara.
Eye Glow Cube ($28.00):
Kit containing 2 eye base powders, 16 eye shades + 2 duo applicators to enhance any eye shade & amp up your look for the season.
What it is formulated to do:
Daylight-hued eye-glow-in-a-cube of silky coordinated lid-finishers wraps your lids in embellished lustrous metallics. Fresh, natural & youthful, this palette enhances with creamy gold, nude, caramel & warm bronze colours.
The shadows in the Eye Glow Cube have fabulous pigmentation and were easy to work with, applying to the eye like a dream and blending well. They lasted all day long over-top of a primer. They do lean towards shimmery, so you may want to mix them with your own matte or satin shades if you prefer something a little more understated. The eye base powders will work with any look and also make lovely cheek highlighters!
(2 eye powders & tinted brilliance balm from the daylight glow collection)
An eye look done using the Eye Glow Cube. The liner is MAC Powersurge Eye Kohl and I used NARS Barrow Street at the bottom waterline. The mascara is Neutrogena Healthy Volume.
These sets are awesome for travel and include every shade you’ll need, especially if you’re into a great assortment of neutrals and shades that aren’t so loud yet are packed with pigment.
Pixi Beauty can be purchased at Target or online at PixiBeauty.com.
