For body, I need a spray. I generally purchase from Banana Boat Kids (which you can find at drugstores or drugstore.com) because of the high SPF and the fact that it’s water resistant (though I still apply again after an hour or so of constant swimming). I also use this myself because it’s so fast and coats easily. It’s everything I need and completely functional with my lifestyle.
For face, I tend towards sunscreen from a stick. I personally use Murad Sun Balm and for my kids I go with Coppertone Water Babies Sunscreen Stick so that it doesn’t run in their eyes but still protects.
Now, let’s get vain for a second. Everyone has cellulite somewhere. If someone tells you they don’t, they are lying. A bit of glimmer can deflect those not-so-cute dimples and for that I go for Kate Somerville Body Glow Sunscreen (Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus). It’s way too expensive to use constantly for all over body, so I keep it on the parts of me that need the most assistance (read: butt, thighs, upper arms).

I want the Shu, just for the bottle!
I like the Kiss my face SPF 50 sport spray. It’s non-aerosol and cruelty free. Bonus– it smells nice.

I’m happy about the kid suggestions. I’ve never used Kate Somerville so someday a g.c. may buy me some!

Isn’t Kate Somerville skincare amazing???!!! I am in total agreement about her SPF. If I could afford to slather it all over, every day, I would. However, I am using sparingly in order for it to last longer. So expensive…but, sooooo good! Must check out those stick sunscreens for the face!

I agree I love the body glow sunscreen. I also like Aveeno’s positively radiant moisturizer with spf for my face.
That Kate Somerville sounds nice! Never tried it.

I love Kate Somerville products to death. I need to get the skin care off of my vanity and blog about it. I didn’t even realize that I hadn’t done that until I did this post and I had no tag for her brand lol. I haven’t met one I didn’t like.
