I am such a fan of the Neutrogena Nourishing Eye Liner in Brushed Pewter that I had to go out and buy two more shades! This time in Twilight Blue and Spiced Chocolate.
What the Ulta website says about Neutrogena Nourishing Eye Liner:

DirectionsFor a casual look, glide eyeliner along upper lash line. Gently increase thickness toward outer corner. For a more dramatic look, apply a thicker line along upper and lower lash lines. Use smudger to softly blend away from lash line for a beautiful, smoky look!
These liners are just amazing. They glide on smoothly, though with Twilight Blue I did have to make two passes for even pigment. I don’t experience any migration issues with this brand of liner throughout regular day wear. One side has a great smudger as well as a small sharpener to keep the tip at a nice and precise point.
The Neutrogena Nourishing Eye Liner retails for $7.99 and as of this blog post they are buy one get one half off at Ulta. You can also look for this at your local drugstore.
