FACE & BODY FOUNDATION lightly applied over hydrated and primed skin to even and tone. STUDIO FINISH CONCEALER SPF 15 applied as needed to perfect. POSEY CREMEBLEND blended over the apples and upper cheekbones for a bit of colour. M·A·C PRO SHINE MIXING MEDIUM blended over upper cheekbones and down bridge of nose for shine. Skin was left without any powder.
EYES
CLEAR BROW SET combed through brows to lightly groom. Lashes were curled and left bare.
LIPS
LIP CONDITIONER used to nourish and condition lips. POSEY CREMEBLEND tapped onto lips if a bit of colour was needed.

MINERALIZE CHARGED WATER MOISTURE GEL massaged into skin to instantly hydrate and illuminate skin. M·A·C PRO CONCEALER PALETTE blended under eyes to brighten and conceal any shadows. MATCHMASTER FOUNDATION SPF 15 layered over areas where needed to create a flawless, clean canvas for makeup.
EYES
TAILOR GREY PAINT POT (AVAILABLE AUTUMN/WINTER 13) used with a flat brush to map out a rectangular shape that extends in a box off the corner of the eye. BLACKTRACK FLUIDLINE used to define surrounding edges for a clean, precise effect. Glitter was then added for dimension and drama.
LIPS
MAGENTA LIP PENCIL used to define the lips. M·A·C PRO SHOW ORCHID LIPSTICK used to fill the entire lip, then dabbed with a tissue to reveal a bright, matte lip. M·A·C PRO FUCHSIA AND WHITE LIPMIX mixed together and pressed into the lip to finish and brighten.
NAILS
NOCTURNELLE, SPIRIT OF TRUTH, AND FAINT OF HEART NAIL LACQUERS mixed wet on the nail to give the impression of swirling clouds. Appliques of hearts from the collection were applied over the thumbs for a strong representation of detail in the final look.

STROBE CREAM AND STUDIO MOISTURE CREAM mixed together and massaged into skin to hydrate and give skin an “inner glow.” M·A·C PRO FULL COVERAGE FOUNDATION chosen in the palest shade possible to buff over skin to slightly pale while perfecting, with brush 188 SMALL DUO FIBER FACE BRUSH. M·A·C PRO WHITE FULL COVERAGE AND W10 FULL COVERAGE mixed together and blended though the centre of the face, making skin appear ethereally pale. THE GHOSTLY FINISH SHOULD GRADUATE FROM THE INSIDE OUT. PREP + PRIME TRANSPARENT FINISHING POWDER swept over low planes of the face to polish and provide a matte finish. PAINTERLY PAINT POT AND M·A·C PRO PURE WHITE CHROMALINE mixed together and applied through the lashes with a mascara wand to conceal, fading them into the skin.
EYES
NW15 OR NW20 MINERALIZE CONCEALER brushed sparingly through the brow to conceal the natural tone.
LIPS
LIP CONDITIONER blended into lips to nourish and condition. 217 BLENDING BRUSH used to wash concealer over the lips, matching the overall skintone to finish.
I saw Manish Arora and got excited, I still have items from that collection that was out way back then, if i’m not mistaken, was it show orchid that came out in Manish packaging… not sure and don’t feel like digging it out.

Hi! It was Girl About Town and Kiss Manish! Both were bold and lovely. The packaging was awesome too. I wish they’d do a part two!
