Smile Sciences Teeth Whitening Pen Photos & Review

October 4, 2012

Ready for a product that will not only brighten and whiten your teeth but that is also convenient and easy to use?

Smile Sciences has a Teeth Whitening Pen, which was met with rave reviews and featured on the hit CBS show “The Doctors” on June 16, 2012.

What the website has to say about the Smile Sciences Teeth Whitening Pen:

The Smile Science pen is a cosmetic solution for people who want just that. A way to whiten their teeth without the expensive, invasive, or time consuming process associated with traditional teeth whitening methods. Developed by dentists, using smile sciences twice daily you can whiten your teeth by several shades within one week. The Smile Sciences whitening pen was featured on the hit CBS show “The Doctors” on June 16th.

  • Safe for your enamel
  • FDA registered
  • Made in the USA
  • Dentist Created, Tested, and Approved

I always thought (and have been told) my teeth were pretty white to begin with, but there was still a noticeable difference after using this pen for 7 days.  I was pleased with the results and it was a lot easier than hauling myself to the dentist for a treatment.

You can use this twice a day, but I only used it once in the evening right before bed so that it had a good long while to sit on my teeth and get the job done.  And it did, gently!

The pen was easy to use and simple to brush on.  It had a bit of a cooling effect on my teeth, but obviously wasn’t unpleasant and felt kind of nice.  The taste is meh… salty with a bit of a kick to it, but not awful.

Have you tried any at home whitening products?  What was your experience?

The Smile Sciences Teeth Whitening Pen retails for $78.00 and is available on the website.

We think these pens are great, and if you keep on using you will see results. We think you’d be thrilled with the results from rapid white smiles pens. Along with the pens it’s important to make regular dentist visits too, you can more often than not use their additional hygienist services to give your teeth a really good clean. They will not only be white, but healthy too.

I bought two smile science teeth whitening kits, one for myself and one for my husband. His teeth came out totally damaged and discolored. The edges are bleached white (like calcium deposites) and the rest appear no lighter. Mine look transparent around the edges and have a shattered look on the front. I’ll be starting dental school next year and will be sure to pass the word along NOT TO USE THIS PRODUCT!

Thanks for sharing the wonderful and useful blog. I have two questions: 1. Is there any side effects due to this?? 2. Is it painful??

Teeth Whitening at Home is so popular because it is easier and less expensive than professional whitening sessions at the dentist. But a lot of Home Teeth Whitening Kits actually make life a lot tougher than people imagine. So always go for the best teeth whitening kits that are easy to use at home and does not cause any side effects.
