In addition to 8 new shades of Cremesheen + Pearl Lipstick, there are 7 new shades of Cremesheen Glass – all Asian-inspired. Of the 7, I have 5 here to share with you – Paper Lantern, Double Happiness, Dynasty at Dusk, Miss Saigon, and Pagoda. The two other shades not shown are Imperial Light and Floating Lotus.
What the MAC website has to say about Cremesheen Glass:
A lip finish that fuses the creamy, sheen-filled nature of Cremesheen Lipstick with the shine of M∙A∙C Lipglass. Soft, comfortable, non-sticky. Applies with a doe-foot applicator. Use as a top layer to its namesake Lipstick or on its own.

Paper Lantern
Paper Lantern is described as a frosted soft warm pink. Very easy for anyone to wear, as it’s basically showing up clear on the lips. This is a good one to keep in your makeup bag at all times “just in case”.
Double Happiness
Double Happiness is described as a frosted light nude. It’s nearly identical to Paper Lantern on the lips, but is a bit more tinted.
Dynasty at Dusk
Dynasty at Dusk is described as a frosted neutral pink. I thought that this one also had a bit of peachy tone to it. This one is my hands down favorite out of the five shades shown here.
Rising Sun
Rising Sun is described as a frosted bright orange. This one is super sheer like Paper Lantern, but like Double Happiness is also tints out a bit, just more towards the orange side.
Pagoda
Pagoda is described as a frosted cool pink. This one is a Barbie pink shade, but is more wearable. The shade does settle into your lips lines a bit.
All of these shades lean on the sheer side (except for Dynasty at Dusk and slightly Pagoda), but you can layer them with the Cremesheen + Pearl Lipsticks to bring out more of their beauty. These Cremesheen Glass have a doe-foot applicator and are only very slightly sticky. The slight shimmer gives the lips a full and supple look. Wear wise, it’s a gloss with no claims to be long-wearing, so around 2 hours for me.
