One of the easiest lip products to wear for Summer is a balm, but balms don’t stay on so long… which brings us to a Balm STAIN. Perfect time to test out and show off one of the newest products from Revlon… the Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain!
Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain is available in 12 shades, but for this post I’ve chosen just three of my favorites – Precious, Rendezvous, and Romantic.
(L-R: Precious, Rendezvous, Romantic)
Revlon seriously has the best lip products. Their lip butters are among my faves, and I just knew I’d adore the Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains as well. They are similar to the new (not the old school version!) Clinique Chubby Sticks, but they are way cheaper at approx $8.99 each.
Precious
Precious is a glossy beige nude. Obviously perfect for every day or to pair with a smoky eye. Even though it’s a nude balm, it still had a surprising amount of pigment without washing out my complexion.
Rendezvous
Rendezvous is probably the most wearable orange you’ll ever meet. It acquired a bit of a pink tone to it from my lip pigment, but is still appropriate for a hot Summer day.
Romantic
Romantic is a juicy pinked brick red. It’s a bit darker in person, I couldn’t get the best photograph of this one. It may seem like it looks similar to Rendezvous but they’re very easy to tell apart IRL. While this is great for Summer, it’s also going to work well in the Fall and Winter months.
I thought that the formula was fabulous. Smooth and moisturizing. They applied easily and evenly, with a decent amount of pigment and lots of shine. Because they are a balm, wear wasn’t long, but they did leave a very slight stain of color, which did last. The product twists up so you’ll never have to sharpen it.
This is a fabulous lip product for Summer because they are lightweight and you can wear bold shades on your lips without being over the top in the heat.

I’ve only tried Honey and it turned red on me. Either my lips are more pigmented than I thought or it just didn’t mix with my chemistry. They look so pretty that it makes me want to try again.
