Space NK will exclusively introduce In Peace Eau de Parfum on Tuesday, May 8.
By purchasing In Peace, you are helping the work of Women for Women International. 10% of net profits from the sale of each bottle will go directly to the organization’s sponsorship program which supports women survivors of war enabling them to rebuild their lives and promote peaceful communities. Constituting 70% of the world’s poor, women are disproportionately affected by conflict – they are targeted for rape and violence, they are forced from their homes, they lose husbands and children and often become the sole providers for their families. Through the organization’s program, women have access to business training, including vocational skills, entrepreneurship and financing a business. They also receive training to help them deal with the social and emotional consequences of war. Since 1993, Women for Women International has invested in over 300,000 women in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Nigeria, Rwanda and South Sudan, empowering them to move from victim, to survivor, to active citizen. Women for Women International has proven that investing in women is crucial to achieving broader development goals. Stronger women build stronger nations, and with adequate access to information and resources, socially excluded women can lead change towards peaceful and stable societies.
For every 44 bottles sold across Space NK’s global network for 80+ stores, a woman will receive full sponsorship for the 12-month program.

From Space NK founder Nicky Kinnaird:
“When it comes to charitable initiatives I am very careful that our associations are heartfelt and genuine. I don’t believe in getting involved unless you can make a real difference and with In Peace we have the opportunity to do just that. Our customers are strong, confident, educated, often family women who have the ability to be self-sufficient – qualities that are not naturally afforded to all women elsewhere in the world. In Peace will be an intelligent purchase enabling us all, together, to make a difference, providing support and training to women in some of the most volatile countries to take control back for themselves.”
