I’ve had such an impressive experience with the Bare Escentuals bareMinerals READY Eye Shadows, I was ecstatic to see that they were releasing blush and bronzer products to the line. I stopped in to check then out the other day and settled on The Indecent Proposal Blush.

The Indecent Proposal (dusty plum) swatches heavily, but is actually rather sheer when you blend it out. It was a little disappointing that you really had to work to build the color when the blush looked so deep in the pot. On one hand, it’s excellent, but a plum color like that I’m buying for the pigment. Personally, next time, I’ll probably go for a peachier shade, which I do like to wear as light and luminous.
For as lightly as it applied, the wear was good and lasted from around 9am and was still going strong when I looked in the mirror at around 6pm. That is a HUGE plus for me, since mineral makeup usually just sinks into my skin, disappears and makes my pores look huge.
How about it? Have you seen this yet? What are your thoughts?
Bare Escentuals bareMinerals READY Blush retails for $22.00 and is available at Sephora, Nordstrom and Ulta.

I also adore the ready eye shadows and have been wanting to try them for a while. I kind of prefer less pigmented blushes because it’s always easier to build up than to sheer out. Really beautiful color!
