Make Up For Ever has released a small spring collection called La Boheme featuring an eye shadow palette, 2 lipsticks, and an eyeliner. I’m here today to feature the two lipsticks in Folk and Boheme. My first dip into the world of MUFE lipsticks!
What the Sephora website has to say about La Boheme Rouge Artist Natural Lipsticks:
What it is:
A collection of limited-edition, light-coverage lipsticks with a soft, shiny finish. What it does:
Rouge Artist Natural’s ultra creamy formula hydrates the lips with a natural sheen. Enriched with nourishing properties, its smooth texture glides on effortlessly and its colorful pigments compliment the lips with a transparent finish. These fresh and romantic shades add the perfect touch to your favorite spring look.Sephora is the exclusive beauty retailer for this product.
Size: 0.12 oz
Boheme (iridescent peach beige) has a wonderful luminous effect, adding a bit of intrigue to an otherwise regular neutral lipstick.
Folk
Folk (iridescent red coral) is a light pinkish coral shade that can be deepened depending on how much you pile it on (I have about 3 light layers on above). I loved the shade much more than I thought I would based off of just looking at it in the tube.
Overall, both of these lipsticks were nicely moisturizing and easy for anyone to pull off. They can be worn sheerly as work safe, or if you’re wearing a smoky eye. Versatile lipsticks are my favorites, because I feel that the more you can wear them, the more the price tag is warranted.
Make Up For Ever La Boheme Rouge Artist Natural Lipsticks retail for $19.00 each and are limited edition. They are sold exclusively online at Sephora.

Wow the formula on those looks really nice. Luminous and glossy and hopefully moisturizing. Maybe I’ll have to try some for myself. I’ve stuck to mostly complexion products from MUFE.

I never really reached for their lippies either, but I’m a sucker for packaging haha I’m pleasantly surprised! They do a lot so well!
