What Sephora.com has to say about Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush:
What it is:
A long-wearing, solar-baked blush that lasts up to 12 hours.What it does:
Infused with natural clay harvested from the banks of the Amazon River and naturally baked by the sun, this nutrient-rich blush benefits all skin types for a fade-free flawless finish for an amazing 12 hours. Inspired by Tarte’s best-selling shades of cheek stains and lip tints, the colors range from soft to vivid to suit a wide variety of skintones. For oily skin types, Amazonian clay minimizes oil in and around pores to balance skin and keep product in place. Those with dry skin will benefit from the clay’s nourishing and hydrating properties, which naturally restore skin’s moisture. Combination skin types can rely on its ability to zero in on skin concerns and deliver benefits to restore complexion harmony. The result? Blush that wears better, longer, and truer! What it is formulated WITHOUT:

Dollface (light pink) is a demure pink shade that can be built up for as much of a pigment as you’d like, though I think dark skin tones won’t get much from this one.
Flush (deep berry) is a very bold raspberry shade. In contrast to Dollface, this shade will be excellent for darker skin tones. I’m NW25 in MAC and this shade is way too dark for me. It CAN be used lightly, but it will be very easy to get out of hand.
Overall, these are great blushes. I love how they are pigmented, easy to use as well as blend, and smooth.
Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush retails for $25 and you can pick them up at Sephora, Ulta and tartecosmetics.com

It really is difficult to find educated individuals about this topic, but you seem like you are aware of exactly what you are posting about! Many thanks

Both look really nice on you! I have Peaceful and Exposed (Blissful on its way), and I’m already making a longer wish list! They really are super pigmented, but they do fade towards the end of the day. I still love them to bits though!

I have the dollface blush – like it. I got it with the bronzer (in smaller size) for $15 both! (at Ulta)

I adore the Amazonian clay blushes Tarte has has out now for just about 1 year. MY fav is Glisten which I hear they finally are going to put into their collection come this spring. It was the hot one to get that worked on everyone similar to how folks go nuts over Nars Orgasm. It was only available for a short time via a TSV set on QVC. Then Glisten appeared in a travel size in a Sephora holiday set. It lasts all day – all night. I have about 6 different shades, but always keep going for Glisten!

Yay! Lovely swatches! I hope you enjoy them both, even if flush is a bit on the dark side, it is great in the summer when you have a little bit of a tan! 😉
