I wore this eye look yesterday when I went out to my birthday lunch with my Dad to Buca di Beppo. Yummy foods were had by all π Anyway, I meant it to be smokier, but one color REALLY drowned out another and I wasn’t expecting that. It still ended up looking ok, and was beautiful when paired with a strong merlot colored lip.
I was going for a smokey blue deal, but what ended up was this:
Not smokey at ALL! LMAO. Before I added in Crystal it was smokey, but when I was blending it totally started to erase Hijack! Weirdest thing! LOL Anyway, after I saw it I decided to add the deep lip rather than a nude lip. So it did work out, but was not what was intended π
For this EOTD I used the original Urban Decay Primer Potion and (from the Book of Shadows IV) applied Missionary to the lid and above the crease. Second, I applied Hijack into the crease and outer V. Then I took Crystal and applied it to the inner corners of the eye and up above the crease color, blending quite a bit. For an eyeliner I used MUFE Light Taupe 24L Aqua Eyes. I used the Le Metier de Beaute Anamorphic Lash Mascara in Midnight Blue to finish the eye look.
I also posted 2 other looks using this palette:
Look 1 – using Bender, Sin, and Baked
Look 2 – using Lost, Bust, Missionary, and Gunmetal

I really like this, even if it's not exactly as you intended. It's so soft and pretty, which is nice sometimes.
