Since I reviewed Chanel Black Jade Le Crayon Kohl I’ve been meaning to get my hands on a few more. I keep forgetting to swatch in person, so I went with what I knew I needed – Noir and Marine.
The Chanel Le Crayon Kohl Intense Eye Pencils are great for water lining, which I love to do, and are some of the smoothest liners out there. They stick around extremely well on me, even with watery allergy eyes.
Noir (61) and Marine (63) are perfect, color wise. Noir is black, but not a super midnight black. Marine is a deep blue, the blue I’ve been needing forever. It’s a blackened navy yet not too dark and not too bright. Perfection. The only problem with these liners is that when I use them, I want to buy more.
The price point is rather high for a pencil liner, but I’ll pay more for a liner that can easily waterline, apply smoothly, and stick around. For the quality, it’s worth it. No one wants raccoon eyes. And you get a little sharpener… so there’s a bonus for you 😉
You can pick up the Le Crayon Khol Intense Eye Pencils for $28 each at your local Chanel counter, or online at Chanel.com, Nordstrom… anywhere that sells Chanel 😉 It’s perm!

Love pencil liners. They go on so smoothly. The colors are lovely, but yes you are right. So expensive.
