In addition to the L’Oreal Watchful Owl’s Gaze Eye Shadow Quad I also purchased the nail polish Amazon’s Flash 695.
Amazon’s Flash (retail $4.99) is a brilliant metallic gold shimmer. In person, if you look closely, you can also catch a bit of other shimmer colors (red, green), though it’s minute. I love the foil look!
While the color is beautiful and application was easy, the way the polish coats wasn’t as impressive. I used 4 coats for the swatch photos and you can still see the nail. Because this color is so beautiful I’ll definitely keep it, but will put it over another gold polish as a base.
The L’Oreal Project Runway Nail Polishes are available in October 2011 for a limited time at local drugstore retailers as well as Ulta. (I happened to find the display already out at one Walgreen’s location, but everywhere else I went had no idea what I was talking about yet lol)
I've seen these at Walgreens 🙂 I picked up Owl's Night. This looks amazing on the nail! I wasn't interested with it in the bottle!
