NARS 413 Bleecker is a special edition Pure Matte Lipstick that was released to celebrate the opening of a new NARS location on Bleecker Street in New York.

413 Bleecker is a beautiful “warm rose brown” matte shade. Though it released back in March of 2011, this is a perfect shade to wear on these soon to be crisp Fall days. What I like about 413 Bleeker is that it can be worn for a night out, but remains work safe. The staying power is very good, lasting several hours even through eating and drinking. This shade had no visible transfer on my glass of water.
Because it IS a matte lipstick, 413 Bleecker is semi-drying, though not the driest matte lippie I’ve ever encountered. It’s bearable worn alone, though because of the deep shade I do recommend a coordinating lip liner. If you REALLY can’t stand a bit of dryness you can dab on a bit of lipbalm and still achieve a semi-matte effect, though you will likely lose some of the staying power.
