In light of the whole NYX deal, I thought I’d feature a brand today that is even less expensive and has great eye shadows.
Wet N Wild is really coming into their own with pigmented, soft, smooth, and blendable eye shadows that last.

I picked up the Cool As A Cucumber Trio at Rite-Aid. Which is, sadly, the ONLY trio my crappy Rite-Aid EVER has… Anyway, at first glance these shades don’t seem like they’d mesh well playing together. 9 times out of 10 I play it safe when it comes to my eyeshadow combos. However, when I swatched these, I REALLY liked them together! I don’t think I’d be putting that light white-green color on my browbone, but I could definitely get this trio to play in my favor (and will soon for a FOTD!)
Isn’t the pigment awesome on these? I’ve said it before, but I still can’t get over how much Wet N Wild is impressing me lately. I hope to bring you more from this brand, if only I could FIND more trios locally =\

Wow, really love the Cool as a Cucumber trio. Purple and green tend to be my go to colours when I want to do something other than a neutral look and I can never seem to have enough of either colour.

Wow! The colors are gorgeous but I'm like you, I like to play it safe with my eyeshadow, so I don't know if I would wear this.
Surprisingly enough though, I haven't bought any of the Wet N Wild eyeshadows. I honestly have no idea why. I need to go get my hands on some of these palettes because the pigmentation and colors are beautiful.
