As promised, the FOTD using the Le Metier de Beaute Penelope Kaleidoscope Eye Kit! Seriously, one of my fav looks and it’s SO easy using the Couches de Couleur method. Normally, using this method, you would blend the color by the lashes more, but I like it a little more dramatic 😉
