My good friend Tanya is set to be married in June and I’m one of her bridesmaids! Check out the bridesmaid dresses! Love! She asked me to do the makeup so we did a trial run last week.
Her main color is Lapis (extremely deep, beautiful purple – if you click the link to the dress above you can check out the color. It’s much more royal in real life).
I steered clear of the usual wedding neutral look. She’s still understated, but beautiful in light purples on the eyes via colors from the MAC Holiday 2010 palette in Beauties Play it Cool.

I posted this today to sort of honor the Royal Wedding. I’m not crazy in to this hoopla over it, but even I have to admit that the balcony kiss was too cute (I saw it on People.com). They are a beautiful couple and I wish them every happiness and lots of princes and princesses running around 😉
