A wonderful surprise after a sad day (we buried DH’s Gram today) was a couple of boxes at my front door! A set of China Glaze Crackle Glaze (from transdesign.com) comprised one, and I got right on it.
The first one I want to show is Crushed Candy. The swatches are over Orly Halley’s Comet, no top coat.
I used the same standard of thickness as I did with my OPI Shatter. The China Glaze doesn’t seem to have as fine of a shatter effect, and I don’t know if that is because it’s a color, but I like it better. I started painting on the OPI pretty thickly to get it to look like the China Glaze. It’s fun to play with and I’m really loving this trend!
China Glaze Crackle Glaze is out of stock at transdesign.com but you can still visit Victoria Nail Supply to get your hands on them.
I purchased all of the shades except Black Mesh (because I had the OPI) so this week I’ll be featuring the rest 😉 I just HAD to do Crushed Candy first since it was so similar to For Audrey (which is one of my favs).
