You see, I don't eat enough. Doesn't that sound ridiculous? Basically throughout the day I'm not getting enough calories because I'm not eating my main meals during the day (breakfast and lunch). I'm depriving my body. But when I do eat (which is usually late at night) I munch on things. Things that aren't healthy. I'm not doing it on purpose, it's just what it is. I'm grabbing whatever is the quickest and easiest... which is usually the most unhealthy. This type of eating is unhealthy not just because of the junk I'm putting into my body but because it's slowing my metabolism way down, causing me to gain weight.

How am I fixing this? As a logical first step I've already taken steps toward making sure that I eat all of my meals throughout the day as well as some healthy snacks in between. After a few weeks I could tell that my metabolism was starting to work again because I started to feel hungry again. This was a good thing and a bad thing. Good, because it was easier to remember to eat. Bad, because the hungry feeling would come out of nowhere and I'd be ravenous. I couldn't figure out how to curb that hungry feeling in-between snacks/meals - so I tried Meta Appetite Control.
