Last month I posted NARS Biarritz Single Eyeshadow and, though I did like the shade, was sad because I had meant to grab Lhasa from the Spring 2012 Collection. Biarritz just was in the wrong place and I apparently don't pay attention as well as I should.

I went back to Sephora last week and got the LAST Lhasa Single Eyeshadow. I would have been so sad if they would have been sold out. Of course, I could have ordered it... but then there's no instant gratification!

What the Sephora website has to say about NARS Single Eyeshadow:

What it is:
Single-color eye shadows in an array of colors and textures.

What it does:
Mix and match NARS Single Eyeshadows to create great-looking personal combinations for the eyes. Textures range from translucent highlights and subtle mattes to shimmering glitters.

Lhasa is a grey brown taupe. It has an understated sheen and can be built up on the eye for more pigment. This shade is great alone or to smoke out a look. I plan to use this with the Douce France Trio Eyeshadow so that I can make the pinks a bit more wearable on my eye. (I'll put a look up when I do this).

NARS Single Eyeshadows retail for $24 each and are available at Sephora, Nordstrom, and Neiman Marcus. For more information, please see the Official Press Release.
