Le Metier de Beaute simply has the best GWP (Gift With Purchase) items. Some of my favorite products have been LMdB GWP... Like the Karla Sugar Sheer Brilliance Lip Gloss and the Artemis Liquid Eyeliner.

The Red Velvet Lip Creme Gloss that was released exclusively for the Neiman Marcus Beauty Event is no slouch, and is the product I've been waiting for from LMdB since I've fallen for the brand.

What the Neiman Marcus website has to say about Le Metier de Beaute Lip Creme Gloss:

A beautifully-edited selection of never-before-offered seductive lip color that will captivate and enchant your lips.
    • A hybrid of gloss and lipstick, Lip Creme combines chic color, intense emollients and antioxidants to soothe and nourish.
    • Perfect for a more intense color pay-off with added shine and gloss.
    • Lacquer sheen finish.
    • Creamy texture and easy glide formula.
    • Vitamins and antioxidants for smooth supple lips.

Red Velvet is a creamy, tomato red shade. Very opaque and pigmented. This product seemed to melt into my lips and stayed there for hours. After eating and drinking it left a nice stain. I didn't experience any feathering or bleeding with this red, which is a HUGE plus. Normally I need a liner to aid with the deep shades to keep them in check. With Red Velvet you can rock it alone for a sultry gloss and lipstick hybrid.

I compared it to a few other red glosses that I could quickly grab from my stash:

(L-R: Chanel Dragon, Red Velvet, Red Velvet, MAC Prolong)

Dragon is a bit deeper with more shimmer and Prolong has a fuchsia tone to it, so no total dupes found here so far!

How do you find this, you ask? Well, only at Neiman Marcus during Beauty Week! If you spend $125 on Le Metier de Beaute products you will get Red VelvetFOR FREE (a $36.00 value)! Beauty Week only lasts until March 5, and Red Velvet is likely not to even last that long.

Here is a quick link to the Le Metier de Beaute area of the Neiman Marcus website. Their resort collection just launched, so be SURE to add some of that to your cart. Swatches of the resort lip glosses can be found here.
