Guerlain always has the most beautiful and intricate cheek products, and the Madame Rougit 4-Colours Blush from the Fall 2013 Voilette de Madame Collection is no exception.

What Nordstrom says about Guerlain Madame Rougit Blush:

Guerlain introduces Madame Rougit, a quartet of luminous blushes that work together to illuminate your skin, giving you a radiant, velvet finish. The blush comes in a lacquered black box with magnetic closure tucked nicely into a faux-suede pouch with coral topstitching for on-the-go ease. 0.28 oz.

Shades include:
- Raspberry
- Pale pink
- Beige
- Coral

At first Madame Rougit appealed to my eyes, but what really made me fall in love was the natural pink, luminous glow it gives the face as well as the pleasent fragrance that reminds me of something from my childhood. I can't put my finger on what, exactly.... but it makes me smile and relax every time I wear it.

It contains tones of corals and pinks, dotted with little pearls. The white on the dots is just an over-spray, so that will disappear the minute you use it. I don't particularly like to use the included brush, but it's nice to see it there in case you need to reapply during the day. The formula is easy to blend and supremely soft, making Madame Rougit irresistible.

You can layer to make this shade a bit deeper, below I wore it with two passes of my blush brush. It never seems to get overly dark, though. IMO that's a good thing, but if you have a darker skin tone it may not be deep enough for you. For evening, I love to wear this amped up with a bronzer or contour shade.

The Guerlain Madame Rougit 4-Colours Blush retails for $67.00 and is available at Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Sephora and Saks Fifth Ave.
