I didn't pick up either of the Twinset Eyeshadow Duos from the Cherie Bow Collection so Pink Champagne is my first experience with this new product line from Dior. And, yes, I'm hooked!
Pink Champagne features a coordinating duo of gold laced with a bit of pink (cream side) and pink laced with taupe (powder side).
Both sides don't boast a ton of pigment, but then this Twinset is meant to be demure. The shades are perfection for a coiffed and haute look that can be worn for day or glammed up with other products for evening. The texture is lovely and very easy to work with.
My lids can get very oily and I did have noticeable (but not horrible) creasing after a few hours of wear. Because of this I recommend a secondary eye shadow primer underneath.
I love to use this duo by placing the cream side as a wash all over from lash line to brow and then placing the shadow side on the lid and up through the crease, and also over-top of a liner. Below, I am wearing it that way with Smashbox Indigo Ink Limitless Eye Liner and MAC Plushlash Mascara.
The Dior Pink Champagne Twinset Eyeshadow Duo retails for $30.00 and is available for a limited time at Neiman Marcus.
