Hi there!!!
I’d like to take some time to introduce and tell you a bit about myself. My name is Brooke and I’m a 32 year old stay at home mommy to 2 children, Owen (6) and Lydia (4). I reside in a suburb of Pittsburgh, PA (GO, STEELERS!!!) and have lived in the area since I was 8 years old. I’ve been married to the hubster for 8 years now! We also have a Pit Bull puppy named Myla (full name Duchess Myla May cause she just looked so pretty and regal lol)

Blogging is only ONE of my hobbies. Other than my kiddoes (who take up the major part of my time) I love to scrapbook! I was even a rep for Creative Memories! Creativity is a great oulet!

Makeup, Nail Polish, and beauty in general are my personal obsessions. I collect and collect … then I go through a purging period… and then I collect some more. Sometimes I think… I ONLY need my HG’s! But then some uber fabulous something or another comes out and I’m hooked again. This blog is something I like to use to connect with other people who have the same interests, and also as a place where I can look back and think “Ohhh remember back in 09 when I loved that eye shadow! What was I thinking!” You get the idea!

I am absolutely and obviously NOT a makeup artist. I don’t claim to be. Makeup is FUN and I think it’s awesome to have an outlet to share that fun with others =)

For reference, I’m NW25 in MAC – however I can pull off warm and cool.

Rest assured I will always be honest about my experiences with a product. Right now I buy at LEAST 50% of products reviewed on this blog with my own funds. So if it seems like I review a lot of MAC, Chanel, Dior, Le Metier de Beaute… well, those are the brands I love. Of course you’re going to spend your money on things you KNOW you’re going to like. If I buy from even a brand I love, and I don’t like the product, I’ve always said why. I have recently ventured out and tried some new things.. some I have liked, some not so much, but I’ve ALWAYS been honest about it.
