It’s already week 6 of NutriSystem! I can’t even believe it! It’s flying by!
This is not going to be a post that I’m proud of. I gained a pound this week. I’m so morose right now. But, I know what I did wrong. I didn’t eat nearly enough. That sounds so ridiculous, but your body really does need fuel to keep your metabolism going. The kids both started school this week and I was just absolutely forgetting my in-between snacks. I’m pretty sure I forgot them all week.
This week I am going to be 100% ON PLAN. Seeing a loss on the scale is seriously my biggest motivator. I know I can do it, I have the support. I’ve got to learn to concentrate on myself a little bit during the day!
