Laura Mercier Crème Eye Liners are a new product to me, but after seeing the new shades for the Folklore Summer 2013 Collection, Cobalt and Canard, I knew I had to have them.

What Sephora says about Laura Mercier Crème Eye Liner:

What it is:
An ultrasmooth, waterproof, creamy eyeliner that applies with the silky finish of a gel and the precision of a liquid liner.

What it does:
This ultrasmooth creamy formula provides a silky soft finish with the precision of a liquid liner. Waterproof and designed for extended wear (up to eight hours), it is smudge-proof, transfer-resistant, and crease-free. It glides on smoothly and evenly, delivering immediate color-impact and intensity. Along with creating a fine, precise line and definition in one stroke, it also provides a beautiful, semi-matte, non-oily finish with full-coverage color.

What else you need to know:
Ophthalmologist-, dermatologist-, and allergy-tested to minimize the risk of irritation, this non-greasy, non-drying formula is suitable for contact-lens wearers and all skin types.

Canard is described as emerald, but to me it’s got that teal look to it. Matte and creamy this shade is a Summer staple.

Cobalt is described as a bright blue, and a description doesn’t really get any more spot on than that. This vivid shade would make a lovely accent to a neutral eye.

These vibrant liners glide on easily and set quickly. After they set they won’t budge until you decide to remove your eye makeup.

Laura Mercier Crème Eye Liners retail for $22.00 and can be purchased at Sephora, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Ave.
